We gave carving pumpkins a shot last night for the first time! I think they turned out pretty great! I remember drawing a face on the pumpkin for my dad to carve out for me when we were younger, but I didn't quite realize all the time and effort it took just to clean all the insides out. Chance was very excited as you can see he is very proud of the way his pirate ship turned out. Dodger really wasn't interested, but liked the fact that we let him choose what he wanted to do so he chose the bat!
Chance was very excited for his preschool party this year! Last year he threw up the night before Halloween and his preschool party so he didn't get to go. He kept saying all last week I hope I don't throw up again so I can go to my party. Thank goodness he stayed well and made it to his party!!
He was so excited about all his treats!

How much fun!!! We put off our pumpkins until tonight...and yeah...it is a lot of work! It's so funny that they remember everything and he was worried about his party. CUTE!! Hope you guys have a great Halloween!!
Your pumpkins look great. Unlike mine that exploded and oozed all over the porch. Thankfully I got that mess cleaned up.
We are doing the preschool party thing tomorrow. Cali can't wait. They always get so many treats.
