Field Trip and an almost horse ride!
Chance had a field trip with his Preschool class today! They went to the Hamilton's and got to learn about and check out their horses and donkeys! They even got to brush and feed the horses! They gave them little hats and scarves to wear like real cowboys. It was really cute! All the kids had the opportunity to ride the horses! After a whole lot of coaxing I convinced Chance to get up on one of the horses. (He has ridden the ones at Thanksgiving point before with no problem) He did great for about 2 to 3 seconds and then just lost it. Bawling his eyes out! Poor child. But, we did capture a few pics of him up on the horse. Good thing because he threatened to break my camera after he got off of the horse. Yikes! I guess I should just be proud of him for trying! Also, thank you Tami for watching Dodger so I could spend the morning with Chance.

cute...I bet that was fun for all those kids!
What a brave soul. I'm glad you snapped a few pictures before he broke your camera. If someone put me on a horse I would do the same thing!
ps. I was covered in mud when I got home from the park today, and Carter was shivering due to the soaking wet sweats. Thanks for the adult conversation!

I had to laugh about Chance threatening to break your camera! LOL! Is he talking postively about the field trip?
Dodger was just fine at our house...come on, we got him to dance!
lol!!!! I can just see him saying he is going to break your camera. WOW!!! maybe he got some of his Aunt's temper!!!! hehe.

yes according to him it was so fun! He couldn't wait to tell Chris all about it. When Chris asked him about breaking the camera his reply was IT WAS JUST A JOKE!! Funny sure didn't seem like a joke at the time!
