The perfect time of year for a day out at the zoo...
Since we bought a year pass for the zoo we decided to go this past weekend while the weather is still decent. It was like a whole different experience. First of all there were no crowds so the boys were able to take their time and get up close to see the animals. The animals were also a lot more active rather than being so hot most of the time they are snoozing during the summer. Also, we were able to take pics and climb all over the statues usually they are mauled by tons of kids.

That monkey yell is funny, we have a video of a lion coughing up a hairball, animals are funny.

I agree, perfect time to go to the zoo!! The animals are a lot more active! Gin and I took our kids on the 3rd. It was perfect!!!
