ROCKS
We had a half truck load, 12 TONS, or about 24,000 pounds of rocks delivered a few weeks ago and moved them all around our yard. Chris and I our very proud of this project since we've been saying we need to do something with these flower beds for 2 years!
Next up...stairs going out the back door. Another thing we've been talking about for 2 years! When we had our concrete patio poured they took off the stairs. Well, we never connected them back up and they were being held up by car jacks...yes car jacks for TWO years. You had to step on a certain board or there was a good chance you would fall on your hiney. When Chris's Dad was here they knocked this project out in a few hours! They look so nice! Thanks Scuba Steve!

Nice work! It took Dan a looong time to get our flower beds done, he was cursing the never ending pile of gravel by the end of it haha. The back stairs look great. Love the car jack's on the stairs, we have a few of those "2 year in the making" projects too. =)
Glad you're finally back to the blogging world! I have missed you! And we should get together when you're down here! E-mail when it's closer to the time!
I must say I was super impressed when I saw the new rocks.
Also, where did you get your boys' cute church outfits? They look so preppy and clean cut!
So if you get two comments from me sorry...my computer is freaking out.
As I was saying...
I'm glad I can finally come visit without worrying those stairs. JK!
The Rocks look fabulous, can you come do mine? Also, I can't believe those big coats they are wearing, how cold is it?
lol..it was cold that day (in response to Amy)...it was really cold because that's the day Chance wanted to plant his seeds, and my hands were hurting when we came in from that!
Anywayyyy I really do like the stairs...they look so good...and of course the rocks to do too...even though I still can't believe you didn't call me to help!:)
Very Nice! So nice to have someone to help out!
